Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

As we are new here in Canada, we will begin with on-demand ordering from our main warehouse in Spain. As demand for our products grow, we will inventory popular products, and shipping times will subsequently be reduced.
Processing orders will take 5-10 business days. The processing time depends on at which point during our ordering cycle your order was placed. This too will be reduced when we see higher volumes of purchases.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return it within 30 days, if all of the following conditions are met:

The product you are returning is in the exact condition you purchased it in
The product is returned in its original packaging


The return timeframe begins on the day of your order's arrival. The buyer is responsible for the costs associated with return shipping.

Warranty:

We offer a 6 month limited warranty on manufacturer defects. We will consider warrantying the product if it has been used within the parameters of the conditions it was designed for, and the product had failed. An example of this would be the separation of a shoe's upper and lower, while being used for it's intended purpose. We will not warranty user related damage, such as a puncture in the fabric of a sweater.
